Description

From a Jamie Graham design based on a classic English sofa, this elegant and luxurious sofa is so deep you’ll want to tuck in your feet and curl up for a long rest. Available in a wide range of colours and fabrics, this stunning sofa is handmade by a father and daughter team in Derbyshire.

Our Stylist Says

I love this armchair for its classic yet versatile design, making it a great statement piece that can elevate a range of interiors. Its rich Peking Blue Linara fabric provides a luxurious texture that works particularly well in traditional or vintage-inspired spaces, but it can also add a pop of colour in more modern setups. For styling tips, consider pairing it with patterned cushions or a neutral throw to add layers and interest. It pairs well with mid-century furniture or classic wooden pieces, and placing it in a cosy corner with a side table and a reading lamp can create the perfect inviting nook. Its colour and style make it adaptable across various colour schemes, from muted palettes to bolder contrasts.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
