Our Stylist Says
The Graham and Green Aria Rug is a versatile piece that brings a subtle texture and comfort to various interiors. I love it for its neutral tone, which makes it easy to layer with different colours and patterns, whether in a traditional living room or a contemporary space. Its moderate size works well under a sofa or dining table, creating a cosy zone without overwhelming the room. For styling tips, consider pairing it with classic wooden furniture for a warm, inviting feel, or add some colourful cushions and throws for a relaxed, layered look. It also performs well in homes with pets or children given its practical size and easy-care appearance, making it a stylish yet functional addition.

About Graham & Green
The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand
In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.
The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.
Evolution through Generations
Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.
They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.
Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.
Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.
Milestones and Memories
Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.
They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
