Description

The Gonglin may be small in size, but it's certainly not lacking in character. Taking its name from a painter from the Ming dynasty period, it features a traditional Chinoiserie design, inspired by traditional Chinese paintings, which stands out against the dark backdrop, as well as offering plenty of storage and surface space.

Our Stylist Says

I love this distressed blue cabinet because it adds a touch of vintage charm and colour to both traditional and contemporary spaces. Its Petrol hue works particularly well in eclectic or nautical-inspired interiors, or when you want a statement piece that isn’t too overpowering. For styling, consider pairing it with brass or black hardware to enhance its classic feel, and layer it with ceramics, textiles, or greenery on top. It’s ideal for use as a sideboard in a living room or a chic bedside cabinet in a bedroom, offering both aesthetic appeal and practical storage. Keep the surrounding decor simple to let the unique finish and colour of the cabinet really stand out.
