Pocket charm designed by Nick Cave. "'The Pocket Angel' is based on a little porcelain angel, singing from a hymn book, that I bought in 2015 at Saint Petersburg’s magnificent Church of the Saviour on Spilled Blood. I carried it with me for some time afterwards, moving it from jacket pocket to jacket pocket, and when things got a little difficult I would reach into my pocket and give the little angel a squeeze. I can’t say it helped much, to be honest but it did give me a feeling of being protected, and I was sad when I eventually lost it. Here is a remembered reproduction of it.' Nick Cave
