Near Australia's Lake Gillear Wildlife Reserve in Victoria, many of the houses are built on stilts to protect from floods and maximise views. A fitting name then, for this striking pine dining table which features long, stilt-like legs. Crafted from beaten metal with a mottled, dragon's egg-esque design, the legs are paired with a wooden tabletop with space for up to six people – ideal for intimate meals in a city apartment or a country house.
