Description
Created for the bedrooms at Babington House, our Gerrard style makes the bed the focal point of the room with a tall, fluted headboard in rich velvet and decorative hand-studded border. Handmade in the UK by skilled craftsmen, this design rests on turned hardwood legs for added texture and sits low to the floor. Add it to your bedroom to bring a touch of our country retreat into your home.
Our Stylist Says
I’m a fan of the Gerrard in Prussian blue linen for its crisp tailoring and architectural headboard, which adds instant character without feeling over-busy. It works equally well in a modern city loft or a more traditional country pad, grounding pale walls or contrasting warmer neutrals. For styling, layer in soft grey or muted ochre cushions and a lightweight throw to pick up on the bed’s vertical lines, then flank it with slim bedside tables and low-profile lamps to let the headboard stay front and centre. A neutral rug underneath will keep the look grounded and prevent the colour from feeling too heavy.

About Soho Home
From Humble Requests to Global Homes
Soho Home's journey began from a simple love for their unique designs. The brand's inception was sparked by guests' desires to take a piece of Soho Houses with them, cherishing their favourite items from these comforting spaces.
This led to the birth of Soho Home in 2016 with their Barwell crystal glassware. Fast forward, the brand has expanded beyond just a few staples, encompassing a wide array of interior items ranging from furniture and tableware to home fragrances and textiles.
A World of Houses, Unified in Comfort

Every location, with its distinct culture and history, serves as a muse for Soho Home's collections. This is evident in their specific pieces, like the elegant Manette bed found in Kettner's or the dazzling Juliana chandelier gracing the DUMBO House.
