Our Stylist Says
The George divan bed with its plush silver finish and floor-standing headboard offers a sleek, contemporary look that works well in modern interiors. I love how versatile it is-ideal for styling in minimalistic, Scandinavian, or even slightly industrial spaces, thanks to its clean lines and neutral tone. Practicality is emphasised with the built-in storage drawers, making it perfect for keeping bedding or clothing tidy without compromising on style. When styling around this piece, consider soft textiles or textured throws to add warmth and contrast, or keep it streamlined with monochrome bedding for a sophisticated vibe. It's a great all-rounder that combines comfort, functionality, and understated elegance.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
