Our Stylist Says
The George divan bed with its plush silver headboard is a versatile piece that adds a touch of modern luxury to various interiors. I love its practical design - the floor-standing headboard provides both style and stability, while the drawers offer handy storage, making it perfect for smaller bedrooms where space is at a premium. It works well in contemporary, minimalist, or even eclectic schemes where the soft silver tone can serve as a chic neutral backdrop or a statement feature. For styling tips, consider pairing it with crisp bedding and layered textures for a cosy feel, or contrast it with darker accents like charcoal or navy for a sophisticated look. Its understated elegance makes it an adaptable piece that can elevate both casual and refined bedroom décors.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
