Description

The gently brushed mindi wood of our Geometric Parquet Console Table gives it a lovely aged effect that echoes beautifully our Faded Elegance trend. A wide console which, with its turned legs, textural parquet design and smart metal hardware is a well balanced piece that will complement both contemporary and classic interiors. Two drawers and a wide stretcher shelf beneath provide useful storage space and this table would support a single or pair of table lamps in a hallway or living room to great effect.

Our Stylist Says

I’m really taken with this parquet console - its clean-lined silhouette and subtle wood-block top make it a versatile choice for contemporary, Scandi or modern farmhouse schemes. The natural oak finish softens greys and whites, while the turned legs and lower shelf add just enough detail to feel intentional, not fussy. For a hall or behind the sofa, pair it with a large mirror to bounce light, place a sculptural lamp on one side and layer a couple of coffee-table books with a small plant or ceramic pot on the other. Keep accessories in threes and leave some negative space on the shelf below for baskets or low-profile storage.
