Our Stylist Says
I love the Genie 54 inch headboard for its plush velvet texture and soft duck egg hue, which adds a cosy yet sophisticated touch to a bedroom. It works exceptionally well in both contemporary and traditional interiors, especially those with a colour palette that includes muted tones, pastel accents, or even darker shades for contrast. For styling tips, consider pairing it with crisp white or neutral bedding to let the headboard stand out, and add layered cushions or throws in complementary colours for extra comfort and visual interest. This headboard is versatile enough to anchor a Scandinavian-inspired space, a boutique hotel aesthetic, or even a luxe boho vibe, making it a smart choice for anyone looking to elevate their bedroom decor.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
