Our Stylist Says
I really like the Geko Wall Light Glass for its modern, minimalist aesthetic and versatile design. Its clean, simple shape makes it a great fit in contemporary and Scandinavian-inspired interiors, adding subtle sophistication without overwhelming the space. It works particularly well in areas like hallways, bedrooms, or bathrooms where diffused, gentle lighting is desired. For styling, I’d recommend pairing it with neutral colour palettes and sleek decor to emphasise its understated elegance. Practical tip: position it at eye level or slightly above for optimal illumination and to showcase its sleek form. Overall, a stylish and functional choice for adding modern lighting touchpoints around the home.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
