I’m a fan of the Tink table for its sleek silhouette and robust oak top - it feels at home in everything from Scandi-inspired apartments to pared-back contemporary houses. Its generous length easily seats six to eight, and the angular leg detail adds subtle interest without overwhelming a room. Style it with simple, upholstered chairs in muted tones and a statement runner or a cluster of low vases to avoid blocking sightlines. In open-plan spaces, position a slim console or sideboard nearby to echo the wood grain and keep dining essentials neatly stowed.

Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
