I’m a big fan of the Arp side table for its sleek, no-nonsense silhouette and hard-wearing nero linoleum top - it cleans easily and won’t show light scratches. The slender ash legs add warmth, making it at home in Scandi-inspired, minimalist or even industrial schemes where you need a subtle black accent without bulk.
Stylingwise, it works equally well beside a sofa as it does at the end of a bed. Keep it simple with a small stack of books, a compact plant or a single sculptural vase. If you need to corral remotes or keys, add a neat tray in brass or terracotta to introduce a fresh layer of texture.

Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
By the 1900s, almost everyone in London knew Heal's for its great furniture. Interestingly, they were also among the first to sell electric lights in Britain. During World War II, their main store even helped by making parachutes for soldiers.
