Description

These topiary balls bring a bit of greenery to your space without any of the watering or upkeep. They're artificial grass spheres that look realistic enough to fool most people, and they come as a set of two so you can place them together or split them up around the house. Each one measures 30cm across, which makes them a decent size for windowsills, shelves or sitting either side of a doorway. The fake grass finish stays looking fresh all year round, and they don't need sunlight, trimming or any fuss whatsoever. You can use them indoors or in a covered outdoor spot to add a touch of garden style where real plants might struggle. They're lightweight enough to move around when you fancy a change, and they won't drop leaves or make a mess. The realistic texture works well in hallways, living rooms, or conservatories, and the set of two gives you flexibility to create symmetry or dot them about as you like. Whether you're filling an empty corner or finishing off a display, they're a practical way to bring in some green without the maintenance. Size H30, Diameter 30cm.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
