Description

Don't let the cruel sunlight ruin the fun for you on summer days. Made of high-quality polyester, this cantilever parasol has an excellent performance in blocking the direct sun and remaining stable under strong wind. What's more, you can even adjust the angle of the canopy for thorough protection. thanks to its rotary design. The installation is quite simple to ease your burden. The parasol base consists of 4 separate parts, it is designed to achieve optimal firmness. Each segment can be filled with water, sand or a mixture of both.

Our Stylist Says

This garden umbrella with base in khaki is a versatile piece that adds a modern, neutral tone to outdoor spaces. I love how its understated colour complements both contemporary and traditional settings, providing a relaxed yet polished look. It's perfect for more relaxed interiors like patio lounges, conservatories, or even outdoor dining areas. For styling, pair it with rattan or teak furniture for a natural vibe, and add cushions in earthy or muted tones to create a cohesive aesthetic. Practical tips include ensuring it’s positioned to maximise shade during the hottest parts of the day, and considering a styled base or additional outdoor lighting for evening use. It’s a functional, timeless addition that can elevate your outdoor space without competing with other design elements.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
