Price History
Description
Designed for modern UK homes, the Gamma chest of drawers combines an oak and white finish with generous drawer storage, offering a genuinely useful home for clothing and everyday items. At 46cm wide, It's a versatile size that works equally well in a bedroom, hallway or spare room, wherever you need dedicated everyday storage without committing a large footprint to it. Each drawer runs smoothly and offers proper depth, so folded clothing, linens or general household items all have a dedicated home rather than being piled on top of each other, and the consistent oak and white finish across every drawer front keeps the whole piece looking coordinated rather than mismatched. Built from quality board materials and finished to a consistent, durable standard, it's designed to withstand years of drawers opening and closing without runners sticking or fronts coming loose. Whether you're setting up a first flat, refreshing a family bedroom, or simply trying to get on top of clutter that's spread across surfaces, it offers a genuinely practical way to bring everything back under control. On the practical side, assembly is included as standard, so you're not left wrestling with panels and fittings on your own if you'd rather leave it to the experts. Practical, durable and finished to a genuinely modern standard, the Gamma chest of drawers is built to be the kind of furniture you stop noticing because it simply works, day after day, quietly doing its job in the background of everyday life.
Our Stylist Says
I love this chest because of its versatile design and mix of finishes, making it easy to incorporate into various schemes. The oak top adds warmth, while the white drawer adds a touch of brightness-ideal for modern or Scandinavian interiors. It works well in bedrooms for extra storage or even in hallways to keep clutter out of sight. For styling tips, consider pairing it with minimalist accessories or soft textiles to soften the look, or add a few decorative boxes or plants on top to personalise. Its narrow profile makes it a great space-saver, fitting neatly in tighter spaces without sacrificing storage. Overall, it’s a practical and stylish piece that can adapt seamlessly to different interior styles.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
