Almost a perfect cube on slender legs, this generously proportioned bedside table is crafted from smooth, blond oak with finely carved routing detail to the two drawer fronts. The enchanting natural grain and fluted detail is certainly evocative of light Japanese furniture styles and the Okayama looks best accompanied by other light natural materials, slatted furniture designs and simple elegant forms.
