Description

Not too big, nor too small, this round coffee table is perfectly proportioned for the centre of your living room. With two useful shelves for storage, it's made from oak veneer in a light wash which highlights the grain of the wood. The antique pewter-finished metal base continues up and around the side of the table, creating the illusion of a handle and giving the design an industrial edge. Just style yours with your favourite decorative accessories and some statement coffee table books. Available in a natural or more statement black finish. Want to see it first? You may want to see and get a feel for the furniture in one of our shops before ordering. We'll be able to tell you where the range you'd like to view is on display.

Our Stylist Says

I love this coffee table because of its sleek, modern design combined with versatile materials that can suit a variety of interiors. It works particularly well in contemporary or industrial styles, where its minimalist metal frame complements wooden or neutral-toned furniture. Practical styling tips include using the top surface for a statement vase or a stack of coffee table books, while the lower shelf provides space for organising trays or baskets to keep clutter out of sight. Its open design also makes it a great choice for smaller living areas, as it feels light and unobtrusive, yet still functional.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
