I’m a big fan of the Nord three-drawer chest in oak for its clean lines and warm, natural finish. Its compact proportions make it ideal for smaller bedrooms or hallways, while the subtly recessed handles keep the look streamlined. The solid oak legs lift it off the floor, giving a sense of lightness that works well in Scandi, contemporary or minimalist schemes.
Styling-wise, keep it simple. A small potted plant or sculptural vase on top balances the wood’s warmth, and a wire tray can corral everyday bits like keys or sunglasses.
