Description

With its abstract shape and distinctive painted finish, this coffee table has been designed for the contemporary home. It's made from robust iron and features a tray-style top which lifts off for added practicality. One section of the base also continues up and over the table to create the illusion of a handle. Style yours with bold accessories to inject your space with colour and character. Want to see it first? You may want to see and get a feel for the furniture in one of our shops before ordering. We'll be able to tell you where the range you'd like to view is on display.

Our Stylist Says

I love this coffee table for its sleek, modern silhouette and versatile colour, which makes it an easy addition to both contemporary and minimalist interiors. The rounded shape offers a softer visual compared to traditional square or rectangular tables, helping it to blend seamlessly into open-plan living spaces. It works especially well in neutral palettes or monochrome schemes, but can also be styled with colourful accessories or books to add personality. Practical styling tips include layering with trays, candles, or decorative objects to keep surfaces tidy, and pairing it with a variety of seatings-like pouffes or armchairs -to encourage socialising without clutter. Its clean lines and functional design make it a flexible focal point that complements a wide range of interiors.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
