Description
An inspired mix, between retro spirit and modern style for this superb buffet that combines wood and coloured metal. It mixes open and closed storage. The oak block includes two perforated metal doors with a pattern inspired by wickerwork. Close up, the micro-perforations create a graphic, delicate, aerial effect. From afar, it creates a surprising optical effect, ethereal and vibrating! The two doors slide across the entire length of the unit but do not completely cover the front. As such, you have two kinds of storage: closed compartments which hide their contents and open compartments to showcase your books, records and favourite decorative objects. You can position the doors where you want in order to hide or showcase the compartments of your choice. Design: 2 large side compartments + In the centre: 2 compartments with 1 shelf in each, which can be positioned at 3 different heights.
Our Stylist Says
I love this piece for its clean, modern aesthetic and versatility. The combination of oak and metal makes it a great fit in both contemporary and industrial-inspired interiors, adding warmth and texture without overpowering the space. It works well in open-plan living areas, serving as a media hub or even a low sideboard for decorative objects. For styling, consider balancing with a few carefully selected accessories like books, vases, or artwork, and keep the surfaces uncluttered to highlight its sleek design. The sliding doors are practical and add a subtle touch of texture, making this a functional yet stylish addition that can anchor a modern living room effortlessly.
