Our Stylist Says
I really like the Melissa lounge chair for its sleek, contemporary design and versatile dark grey hue, which makes it easy to integrate into a variety of interiors. It works well in modern, minimalist schemes as well as cozy, eclectic spaces when styled with textured cushions or throws for added comfort. Pair it with a simple coffee table and a statement lamp for a balanced look. Practical styling tips include layering with cushions or a plush throw to make it inviting, and placing it strategically in living rooms or reading nooks to create a relaxed, stylish spot. Its understated elegance makes it a reliable piece that can adapt to different settings while providing both comfort and visual appeal.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
