Description
Designed by Tom Chung, a Canadian designer with a passion for cycling, the Fromme collection stands out with its sleek and moulded lines, inspired by racing bikes. The unique production methods used for Fromme pieces make them simply exceptional. Tom Chung has designed moulds especially for the production of the parts for each Fromme model, using die-casting. The same applied for the extruded tubes, which give this square aluminium table a lightweight yet robust aspect. Just like the seats in the Fromme collection, the Fromme aluminium garden tables also boast great ergonomics, inspired by the bike seat, with shock absorbers underneath the tabletop. Tom Chung and Petite Friture have worked together to design this product with a sustainable and environmentally-friendly approach. Hence, the collection has been made using recyclable materials, such as aluminium, natural rubber, and stainless steel. The aluminium garden table is coated with a matte-finish powder paint which doesn't emit VOCs, as well as with a anti-UV treatment to avoid colour fading and corrosion.
