I’d choose the Fremont table for its clean-lined silhouette and warm oak finish - it’s sturdy yet unfussy, so it sits just as comfortably in a Scandi-inspired kitchen as it does in a modern farmhouse or coastal pad. The broad plinth base gives you plenty of leg room and a solid feel without overwhelming a small space.
Styling-wise, keep centrepieces low and simple - a ceramic trough with dried florals or a row of stoneware candles works well - and layer in natural textures through woven placemats or a jute runner. You can mix and match seating (try upholstered chairs on the long sides with a wooden bench at one end) and hang a slim pendant light centrally to anchor the look.
