Description
Whether placed as a standalone piece or with other items from our Freja furniture range, this media unit will offer some quiet glamour to your home. The cool white marble top contrasts beautifully with the rich palette of natural tones seen in the curvaceous lines of the reeded wooden body. Two reeded fronted cupboards bookend the central alcove with a shelf. The whole unit sits on slender matte black legs with domed golden caps which echo the simple bar cupboard handles. I’m a big fan of this Freja unit for its clean lines and subtle fluting, which add texture without overwhelming the space. Its pale timber finish and slender metal legs make it versatile in Scandi-inspired, contemporary or coastal interiors, while the central shelf is perfect for stacking a few coffee-table books or a slim soundbar.
When styling, keep the top uncluttered - a low vase of foliage on one side and a framed print or speaker on the other will balance the look. Use woven baskets or boxes behind the doors to hide remotes, cables and games, and position a cosy rug in front to tie the room together.
