Description

Freddie is the king of squishy comfort. Generously filled with foam and feathers, this contemporary design has a nod to stylish retro influences. The deep seat is supported by a tall back and angled arms, and the look is completed with sleek black metal legs. The perfect sofa to curl up in.  Available in a range of sumptuous fabrics, you can tailor the Freddie to complement any interior space. Pictured: 2 seater sofa in Navy Blue Classic Velvet. Handmade in 8-10 weeks and then delivered usually within 10 working days.

Our Stylist Says

I love the Freddie armchair for its vintage velvet finish, which adds a touch of elegance and richness to any space. It's versatile enough to work well in both classic and contemporary interiors, making it a great statement piece. For styling, I recommend pairing it with warm metallic accents or patterned textiles to create contrast, and placing it in a cosy corner with a throw or cushions to enhance its inviting appeal. It works particularly well as an accent chair in a living room or reading nook, offering both comfort and style without overwhelming the space.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
