I’m a fan of this four-tier rack for its slim, metal frame - it slips into narrow hallways and busy mudrooms without dominating the space. The open shelves make every pair easy to grab, and the silver finish sits comfortably in industrial, Scandi or modern interiors.
Styling tip: add a couple of woven baskets or fabric bins on the top shelf for gloves and keys, and place non-slip liners on each tier to keep trainers and heels in place. Group shoes by colour or style for a tidier look, or even designate one shelf per family member to keep everyone organised.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
