Description
This industrial-style folding chair combines practicality with modern aesthetics. Featuring a sturdy black powder-coated metal frame and particle board surfaces with a warm dark brown wood-effect finish, it offers reliable support and a cohesive look for contemporary interiors. The chair is fully foldable, making it easy to store when not in use—ideal for small spaces or multi-functional rooms. Plastic caps on the legs help protect flooring from scratches. With a load capacity of 150kg and no assembly required, it’s ready to use straight out of the box. Perfect for kitchens, dining areas, home offices, study rooms, or living spaces where flexible seating is needed.
Our Stylist Says
I love this fold-up chair for its versatility and clean, understated look. Its dark brown finish makes it a great option for both contemporary and traditional interiors, adding warmth without overpowering the space. It works particularly well in small living areas, home offices, or as extra seating for guests since it can be easily tucked away when not in use. For styling, consider pairing it with neutral-toned cushions or placing it alongside a textured rug to soften its utilitarian feel. It’s a practical choice that combines functionality with simple, modern design, making it perfect for multi-use rooms or compact spaces.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
