Our budget Recon foam mattress is great value for anyone who is looking for a firm mattress and does not like the feel or warmth associated with memory foam, or the bounce that comes from springs. Recon foam is a non reacting foam and therefore provides great orthopaedic support to the body. All materials are hypoallergenic and sanitised - perfect for allergy sufferers. Also includes anti dust mite properties. This silent mattress is suitable for all bed types. Single sided mattress - please do not turn. Vacuum packed and rolled for easy delivery and transportation. Please note once unrolled the mattress requires up to 72 hours to fully expand and reform to its original shape. This mattress is available in multiple sizes including 3FT single, 4FT Small Double, 4FT. 6 Double, 5FT King, EU Single, EU Double and EU King. Also available in 3 depths 10cm, 14cm and 17cm.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
