Description
This Glorious Winged bed is the epitome of opulence. Classic Chesterfield design with Pleated headboard upholstery and pleated siderails with matching footboard. The delicate button detailing provides you with a sumptuous padded surface to help you relax whilst reading in bed. The bed comes with a solid slatted base for mattress longevity and and supreme ventilation.

I’m a fan of this wide winged velvet bed for the way its deep button-tufting and high sides bring both comfort and presence to a room. In black velvet it becomes a statement piece without overwhelming smaller spaces, and the soft upholstery adds a layer of warmth that’s hard to achieve with wood or metal frames.
It suits modern-glam or Art Deco-inspired schemes particularly well, but can also ground a more pared-back, Scandi look when you layer in simple linens and light timber furniture. For styling, try a low-pile rug in muted tones, slimline metallic bedside lamps and a couple of velvet cushions in jewel or neutral shades to echo the headboard’s texture.
