Our Stylist Says
I love this piece because of its bold, contemporary look combined with a rich colour palette. The Portland blue brushstroke finish adds a sense of artistic flair while maintaining a sleek minimal profile, making it versatile across both modern and eclectic interiors. It works particularly well in spaces that embrace colour, such as Scandinavian-inspired schemes or boho bedrooms, where it can be paired with textured fabrics, layered bedding, and brass or matte black accents. Practical styling tips include keeping bedding neutral or in soft tones to let the bed frame truly stand out, and adding cushions or throws in complementary colours for cosy, curated appeal. Overall, it’s a statement piece that balances practicality with aesthetic impact.
