Price History

Description

This versatile Florence extending table will accommodate dinner parties of all sizes. Crafted from durable pine wood with a gorgeous acacia hardwood top, it features two centre extension leaves that expand its width from 140cm to a maximum of 200cm. It has two extension leaves that sit neatly beneath the tabletop when not in use. This allows the table to grow with your needs, seating 4 guests comfortably at its minimum size and up to 6 when fully extended. The tabletop surface provides an elegant canvas for entertaining, whether hosting intimate meals or festive gatherings. Available in a palette of on-trend colours, including white, dove grey, truffle, sage green, and navy blue, it's sure to complement any decor style. Pair it with matching chairs or dining benches from the Florence range for a polished dining ensemble. At 76cm high, it offers the perfect perch for relaxed conversations with family and friends.

Our Stylist Says

This table is a versatile piece that works especially well in country, coastal, or shabby chic interiors thanks to its rustic appeal and soft sage green finish. The extendable design makes it practical for both everyday casual dining and larger gatherings, while the mix of distressed wood and pastel colour adds a relaxed, inviting feel. Styling tips include pairing it with neutral or pastel chairs to create a light, airy look, or mix in some vintage or reclaimed accessories for added charm. To keep the look fresh and cohesive, consider adding woven placemats, simple dinnerware, and botanical centrepieces that complement its natural tones.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
