Description
Dots single bed 96x204 cm from FLEXA is made of solid ash and MDF, providing a stable and durable construction. Designed by Charlotte Høncke, the bed has soft, organic shapes and clean lines in a playful Scandinavian style. The bed can be complemented with a safety rail for younger children and easily transformed into a cosy mini-sofa with cushions.

I’m a fan of the yellow Dots single bed because its clean lines and playful colour work equally well in a child’s room or a modern guest space. The matt‐finish frame brings a pop of sunshine without overwhelming the scheme, and its compact 96 × 204 cm footprint leaves plenty of floor space for rugs or toy storage.
For styling, keep the walls neutral - pale grey or off-white - then layer in textiles that pick up the yellow, like a striped throw cushion or a lightweight grey duvet. Add a simple bedside shelf and under-bed storage boxes in natural wood to echo the frame’s legs and keep the look fresh and uncluttered. A small wall-mounted lamp or a string of LED globe lights will finish the look while keeping the bedside surface clear.
