I’m a fan of this six-drawer chest for its crisp lines and subtle brass frame - it brings just the right amount of polish without feeling overdone. The deep drawers make it surprisingly practical in a bedroom, hallway or even a dining room for extra linens and tableware.
Styling-wise, I’d hang a round mirror or a large print above to balance the rectangular form, then add a low lamp, a small stack of books and a couple of ceramics or a tray to the top. It works beautifully in contemporary, mid-century or pared-back Nordic schemes, and sits equally well alongside natural timber or darker painted walls.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
