Description

With a waterfall of trailing stems and life-like leaves overflowing from a rustic concrete pot with realistic faux moss, our string of pearls plant is perfect for displaying from a height on a bookcase or shelf.

Our Stylist Says

I love the faux string of pearls for its versatility and low maintenance appeal, making it ideal for both busy households and minimalistic interiors. It works particularly well in modern or contemporary settings, adding a touch of greenery without the fuss of live plants. Styling tips include placing it on a narrow shelf or draping it over a side table to create a relaxed, natural look. For practical reasons, it’s great in shaded spots or areas with limited sunlight where real plants might struggle. Pair it with other monochrome or textured planters to enhance its aesthetic, and it can really soften sharp lines or add visual interest to minimalist spaces.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
