Description

Bringing plush comfort and modern style, the Faux Fur Stripe Cut Cushion in Grey is a standout piece for any interior. Its striped faux fur surface adds depth and dimension, while the cool grey tone works well in both bold and muted colour palettes. Whether styled solo or in a mix, it s a tactile treat for your home.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this faux fur stripe cushion for adding texture and a cosy touch to both modern and more traditional interiors. Its grey palette makes it versatile and easy to incorporate into neutral colour schemes or layered with patterned fabrics for a more eclectic look. I recommend using it on a bed or a sofa as a statement piece, but it’s also great for creating a relaxed, inviting vibe. Practical styling tip - pair it with smooth linen or velvet cushions to mix textures, and keep the fur side facing outward to showcase its plush feel. This cushion works particularly well in casual or contemporary spaces where comfort is key.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
