Description
Introducing our Fable manual recliner sofa. Not only is Fable a recliner sofa but it has a luxurious, extended chaise for lounging on. There is even more to love about Fable! You will be delighted to discover a centre console that is perfect for holding your drinks and storing your belongings and a secret drawer under the centre console, just pull the drawer. Fable is available in a left-hand chaise or right-hand chaise option as pictured facing the sofa, please select your choice carefully. Choose from light or dark grey linen or brown linen to show off your unique style and personality. One of the best ways to keep your sofa bed looking great is to vacuum it once a week. Use a low setting and the upholstery attachment of your vacuum cleaner to avoid any damage to the fabric. Just make sure to vacuum in the direction of the pile. Alternatively using a soft hand brush can fluff the fibres back up and keep the fabric colour intact. Some fabrics may look slightly different in person due to variations in lighting and screen resolution on laptop, desktop and mobile devices.
Our Stylist Says
I love this light-grey linen recliner for its clean lines and practical comfort - the manual recline mechanism and chaise give you versatility without sacrificing style. It’s a great fit in modern Scandi, contemporary or mid-century inspired rooms thanks to its neutral tone and uncluttered silhouette. For styling, keep accessories simple: drape a chunky knit throw over one arm, add two or three cushions in muted textures or subtle patterns, and ground the look with a natural-wood side table and a low-pile rug. Finished with a sleek floor lamp, it becomes both a cosy and functional focal point.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
