Description

The F. A. 33 rectangular mirror was designed by Gio Ponti for Gubi, one of Italy’s most influential designers and architects. The mirror was designed in 1933 for the lamp company Fontana Artre and has since then become somewhat of a design icon. With its solid brass frame and curved shape, the mirror is a timeless and elegant classic.

Our Stylist Says

I love this mirror for its clean, modern aesthetic, and the brass frame adds a subtle touch of warmth and sophistication. It works really well in contemporary or minimalist interiors, especially when used as a statement piece above a console or in an entrance hall. The irregular shape lends it a slightly organic feel, making it versatile enough to soften sharper decor styles. Practical tips include positioning it to maximise light reflection and visual space - great for making smaller rooms appear larger. You could also consider pairing it with brass or metallic accents elsewhere in the room for a cohesive, styled look.
