Description

The B Bag from Extreme Lounging is a strong and extremely comfortable beanbag seat for relaxing indoors or outdoors. Direct-filled polystyrene beads are designed to move and mould around you to give comfortable support. The double-stitched, two-way stretch fabric is tough and durable as well as breathable to keep you cool. It's also splash-proof, easy to wipe clean, UV-resistant to prevent colour fading in the sun and water-resistant. Want to see it first? You may want to see and get a feel for the product in one of our shops before ordering. We'll be able to tell you where the range you'd like to view is on display.

Our Stylist Says

I love how the Extreme Lounging B Bag feels both relaxed and contemporary, making it a versatile piece for a casual living space or a kid-friendly zone. Its oversized, casual shape works well in understated interiors or playful, eclectic settings-think pairing it with neutral furniture for a pop of colour or contrasting it with textured textiles for added interest. For styling tips, consider placing it in a corner with some layered cushions or alongside a small side table for easy access to drinks or books. It’s also practical for informal spaces like a family den or even a creative corner, where comfort takes centre stage. Just be sure to pair it with other laid-back furniture to truly embrace its effortless vibe.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
