Description
Winner of a Design Guild Mark, the black ash Latis Chair was created by Samuel Wilkinson exclusively for The Conran Shop. This edition is available fully upholstered in a blue Atom fabric from Kvadrat's collaboration with the esteemed Raf Simons. Expertly crafted in northern Italy with a lightweight steam-bent ash frame, the chair's striking curved appearance is achieved by a single piece of specially selected ash making up the main frame. The highly versatile design pairs perfectly with the coordinating Latis Desk. Lending a three-dimensional element to fabric upholstery, Atom is a coarse bouclé fabric with a seemingly random colourful speckled pattern. Truly representing Raf Simons' unique and distinctive sense of colour, the fabric is woven using two voluminous yarns and a technique that scatters random dots of colour across the surface. Please note: This is an ex-display piece and therefore may show signs of wear proportional with use. The utmost effort is made to accurately showcase each intricacy and imperfection, and this piece is sold as seen.
