I’m a big fan of the Evangeline bed in steel for its clean lines and sturdy feel. The vertical channelled headboard creates a simple focal point that works equally well in contemporary, industrial-inspired or Scandi schemes. To style it, stick to a neutral palette - crisp white sheets, a mid-grey throw or boucle cushion - then bring in contrast with a black metal bedside lamp or a warm timber stool. Keep wall art minimal (two small monochrome prints work nicely above the headboard) and layer a low-pile rug under the frame to soften the floor.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
