I’m a fan of this simple white two-tier shoe shelf - it feels light on the eye and won’t overwhelm a narrow hallway or tiny utility room. Its clean lines work equally well in a Scandi-inspired flat or a more industrial loft, and the open grid lets dust fall through so you’re not tracking grit back inside. I’d style it with uniform baskets at one end for bits and bobs, mix in a couple of neatly aligned trainers on the top shelf and smarter shoes below, then add a slim bench or wall hooks above for coats and bags. It’s a practical, affordable way to keep footwear organised without eating into precious floor space.
