Description

Add rustic elegance to your home with our Ernest sideboard. This stunning piece has been carefully antiqued and features a rusted patina on the areas where wear and tear would most naturally occur. Three drawers and two cupboards provide ample storage for a myriad of household items; while cabriole style legs and ornate iron metal drawer handles add the final decorative finishing touches. Psst,. To download our handy guide to check if your new furniture will fit correctly into your space before you order.

Our Stylist Says

I love this sideboard because of its classic, versatile design that effortlessly blends traditional elegance with a touch of industrial charm. It's perfect for both contemporary and vintage-inspired interiors, working well in dining rooms, living spaces, or even hallways. When styling, consider using the top surface for decorative items like lamps, vases, or artwork, while keeping the inside organised with baskets or trays for a clutter-free look. Its dark finish lends itself to layering with lighter colours and textures, creating visual interest without overpowering the room. Practical and stylish, this piece is a great addition for adding storage without sacrificing aesthetic appeal.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
