Its made from solid oak with oak veneers and has a lovely, natural wood grain thats enhanced with a clear matt lacquer. The headboard has a distinctive curve, a continuation of the legs, and broad vertical slats that are jointed into the top rail a stylish design element that adds to this pieces well- crafted appearance. The footboard has beautifully rounded corners and exposed finger joints. As well as being beautiful, this bed frame is engineered for comfort with a sprung slatted base thats so supportive and suitable for any type of mattress (sold separately).
