Description
A robust and modern design from EMU, this pair of Rio garden chairs are made in Italy from high-quality steel with a weather-resistant powder-coated finish in a choice of colours. The tubed steel chair frames have a high resistance to weight and can withstand up to 200kg (31 stone) per chair. The manufacturing process creates a strongly characterized shape, a letter R, which is identified in the junction between the seat and backrest. All structural weldings are made with MIG welding technology which gives great resistance to stress and rust risk. The contemporary seat and back mesh, composed of steel wires, is electro-welded to the frame for a more precise look and quality finish. A special pre-treatment is used to clean and seal the steel frame before being treated with a thermosetting powder coating, producing an even layer of paint with a high level of adherence and resistance. Nylon feet supports make each chair easy to move and protect the product from scratching.
