I’ve been using the Emmett chair in several schemes and its clean lines and mid-grey upholstery make it exceptionally versatile. The slim, powder-coated legs and softly curved shell work equally well in a minimalist Scandi dining area or a more industrial loft-style space, and the neutral tone means it’ll slot straight into an existing palette.
For styling, pair it with a light oak or reclaimed-wood table to lift the grey and introduce warmth. Cushions in ochre or forest green can add just the right pop of colour, or mix Emmett chairs with a couple of vintage finds at the head of the table for an eclectic look. The firm yet comfortable seat also doubles up nicely as a home-office chair when you need an extra place to plug in.
