Swedish artist and designer Josefin Holmgren studies various forms and expressions, introducing bold colours and clean silhouettes. Each of her experimentations are based on her different projects, for instance, the Grain project, which records Holmgren's experience as she entered the world of motherhood.
I really like this artwork because of its bold, minimal design that can easily complement a variety of interiors. It works particularly well in modern, Scandinavian, or contemporary spaces where clean lines and monochrome tones are key. The white frame adds a crisp, fresh finish that helps it stand out against coloured or textured walls. For styling, I recommend pairing it with other monochrome or abstract pieces for a gallery wall, or letting it be a focal point on a simple, neutral backdrop. To make the most of its visual impact, hang it at eye level and consider layering the frame with other black-and-white accents for a cohesive look. This print is versatile and easy to incorporate into both living rooms and home offices.
