Price History
Description
The artist uses a mix of both oil and acrylic paint to create this layered, original abstract artwork. Bristol-based Jack Paffett often uses his surroundings as a starting point for his artworks, before allowing them to become mutated by spontaneous impulses on the canvas. Over-painted, erased and then reworked, his abstract pieces always show remnants of the layers that came before.
Our Stylist Says
I really like Ember for its vibrant, textured appeal-it's an artwork that adds warmth and personality to a pared-back or minimal space. It works particularly well in contemporary interiors, especially when paired with neutral tones or subtle textures, allowing the colours and brushwork to stand out. Practical styling tip: hang it at eye level above a sideboard or sofa to serve as a focal point, and consider framing it with a simple matte to further emphasise its colours without overwhelming the space. It’s a versatile piece that can elevate everything from a modern living room to a home office, adding a touch of human artistry to your decor.

About Soho Home
From Humble Requests to Global Homes
Soho Home's journey began from a simple love for their unique designs. The brand's inception was sparked by guests' desires to take a piece of Soho Houses with them, cherishing their favourite items from these comforting spaces.
This led to the birth of Soho Home in 2016 with their Barwell crystal glassware. Fast forward, the brand has expanded beyond just a few staples, encompassing a wide array of interior items ranging from furniture and tableware to home fragrances and textiles.
A World of Houses, Unified in Comfort
With over 30 Soho Houses across the globe, from vibrant Mumbai to trendy Austin and historic Berlin, the essence remains the same - offering a familiar, relaxed haven. Each House is meticulously designed, mirroring the unique flair of its surroundings.
Every location, with its distinct culture and history, serves as a muse for Soho Home's collections. This is evident in their specific pieces, like the elegant Manette bed found in Kettner's or the dazzling Juliana chandelier gracing the DUMBO House.
