The inverted bowl shade which adorns the top of the Urban Renewal 1 light antique forged iron pendant is completed with the wire safety cage, which runs beneath the lamp. While when the lamps which inspired this pendant would have required safety cages as a safety feature, the Urban Renewal series uses these as a quirky design feature. The cast iron shade above the lamp is heavy duty and will focus light downwards into your spaces. Pendants such as this would look fantastic in a stripped down bar or restaurant with minimalist furniture.
