The Elstead Provence Element one-light white and polished nickel table lamp is inspired by the mid-1900s French lamps frequently found in kitchens, cafes and bistros. The white stem and base and the polished nickel hinges combine to give a clean yet distinctive look; what's more, the hinges enable it to be manipulated in myriad ways so that the light can be directed where it is needed most. This lamp would be equally at home in a kitchen as in a study or library.
